Payment
All products remain The Case Factory's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from The Case Factory.
All transfers conducted through The Case Factory are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
LOCAL TAXES
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Shipping Domestic
Our contracted shipping company operates during weekdays for customers based in Sweden. Packages can be collected at your local post office. Please note that packages not collected within 14 days will be returned to The Case Factory. Normal delivery time is about 1-3 workdays, but we are not held responsible for delayed deliveries since we are not accountable for unexpected proceedings.
Shipping Overseas
The lowest international shipping cost is SEK 0, and delivery should take 4-5 business days depending on the country. However, we can not be held liable for any delays when we have no control over unexpected events during shipment. Please note that packages that are not retrieved within 14 days will be returned to The Case Factory.
